Medical Record and Health Information
Supervisor (Full-Time) |
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Medical Record and Health Information Supervisor must supervise and coordinate all Medical Record Department functions in all three of the Metropolitan Family Health Network sites. Provides support for Quality Improvement activities and auditing. Must be able to maintain a current medical record filing system to ensure that patient’s records are accurate, easily accessible, organized and completed. Assist’s in the development of new data collection methods and supervise the release of all medical record information. Develop and maintain current policies and procedures related to Medical Record operations. Must be well versed in Electronic Health Record systems and implementation. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations a must.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records and experience in a Community Health Center/Federally Qualified Health Center preferred. Must have Undergraduate degree in Medical Record Technology, Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), and Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Preferred. 3-5 years experience in the Medical Record Field. Must posses a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.  |
| Dental Director (Full-Time) |
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer the Dental Director will oversee day to day operations of dental services, assuring a high level quality of care while supervising all dental staff. The Dental
Director will demonstrate the ability to sufficiently provide direction of dental services, which includes development
of protocols, standard procedures and management of all patient care related activities. Responsible for the
development and coordination of all dental policies and procedures and annual review/revision of the Dental Fee
schedules as needed and all dental contracts with other dental providers and 3rd. party payers in conjunction with
the Chief Financial Officer. The Dentist is required to provide primary dental care, coordination of staff training
activities and institute preventative dental care programs. The Dental Director / Dentist shall demonstrate the
ability to appropriately diagnose and treat program patients of all ages to achieve the best results possible, within
an estimated treatment time, with maximum concern for patient comfort while delivering quality care. Responsible
for appropriately documenting findings, diagnosis, patient’s medications, conditions, allergies, patient’s general oral
health and treatment rendered. The Dental Director shall be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of all
Dental Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives in conjunction with the Quality Improvement Coordinator.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and experience in a Community Health Center/Federally Qualified
Health Center preferred. Must have DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry. Must be licensed to
practice dentistry in the State of New Jersey. Must possess or obtain current DEA registration. Must maintain
CEU’s as required for license renewal. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must
remain current in CPR. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

| Human Resources Manager (Part-Time) |
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Human Resource Manager must be able to plan and coordinate all human resource functions such as recruitment, compensation, employee pension and benefits, training, and development and employee relations for the benefit of the company
Requirements: Must have minimum of 3 -5 years in human resource management; as a human resources generalist, 4 – 5 years experience in managing human resources personal and activities; excellent oral, written and communication skills, Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred Proficient in the use of computers.

| Dental Assistant (Part-Time) |
Under the direction of the Dentist, the Dental Assistant must be able to perform all job duties and responsibilities listed below including assisting the Dentist with Dental procedures and cleanings for the diagnostic treatment and prevention of dental disease.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of Certified Dental Assistant from an accredited national certification agency with ID card and certification number, must have licensure by the State of New Jersey to perform Dental Radiography procedures and CPR certification. Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in related field. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and Proficient in the use of computers.  |
| Information Clerk Technician (Full-Time) |
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the Head Nurse, the Information Clerk Technician must be able to perform clerical duties, make appointments, and perform registration functions in assigned areas.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required and Proficient in the use of computers. English/Spanish preferred.  |
| Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (Full-Time) |
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Head Nurse the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant will perform supportive services as needed for the health care provider and nursing staff in the care of the ambulatory care patients. The Certified Clinical Medical Assistant will work in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Metropolitan Family Health Network, Inc.
Requirements: Must be a Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and completion of CCMA National Certification exam, High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous physician’s office or hospital experience, excellent computer skills, 1-2 years of ambulatory care experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
