| Finance
Director - Finance |
Under the direction of the Chief
Financial Officer the Director of Finance maximizes the return
on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures,
controls and reporting systems. Ensures legal and regulatory
compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.
Oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivables,
collections and payroll. Works closely with the CFO, COO, Senior
Accountant and accounting clerk in maintaining accurate fiscal
records and recommends new procedures for efficiency.
Experience working with and understands FQHC regulations and
Federal guidelines. Must have 2-3 years experience managing
grants and reporting requirements as stipulated by HRSA, a minimum
of an Associates Degree in accounting, BS/BA or equivalent combination
of education and experience preferred. Must have a valid Driver’s
License and access to a car for some travel. 7-10 years experience
managing an accounting function in a healthcare related facility
(hospital, ambulatory care setting or out-patient practice facility).

| Senior
Accountant - Finance |
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, with 3-5 years general accounting; experience in the healthcare field preferred. Must have computer knowledge, experience working with excel and other Microsoft office programs. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant will provide accounting and financial support to ensure adequate internal controls and efficiency with procedures by utilizing the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  |
| Physician Internal Medicine – Provider Services |
Under the direction of the Medical
Director, the Physician/Internal Medicine will provide comprehensive
quality services in the provision of medical care to all patients.
Provide assistance and direction on clinical issues and medical
management for reporting requirements.
At least 2 years experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
Graduate of an approved and accredited Medical Education program,
Board Eligible/ Board Certified Preferred in Internal Medicine
or Family Practice. Licensed to practice medicine in the state
of New Jersey required.  |
| Director of Billing – Billing and Reimbursement |
Under the direction of the Chief
Financial Officer, the Billing Director maximizes the return
on financial assets. Establishes financial policies, procedures
and controls as well as reporting systems. Oversees cost general
accounting and accounts receivable/collection. Ensures appropriate
reimbursement, billing procedures of third party and private
insurance payers. Knowledge of payer reimbursement, managed
care and sliding fee schedules. Oversees payment posting, denial
posting, refunds and written appeals.
Experience with departmental budgets, staffing, audits and reporting.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MA/MS degree preferred,
7-10 year’s healthcare industry experience. Extensive knowledge
of existing insurance carriers, State/Federal regulations, experience
managing a healthcare/ambulatory care, billing/registration
department. Demonstrated leadership ability and skills with
a proven track record in receivable management. Compliance audit
experience a must.  |
| Facility Manager – Facilities |
Under the direction of the Chief
Operating Officer, the Facility Manager is responsible for planning,
organizing, staffing, and controlling activities that relate
to the organization’s physical plant, security, safety and custodial
care services. Will inspect building and systems regularly to
detect malfunctions and provide preventative maintenance as
needed. Responsible for building maintenance supplies, receiving,
storing and distributing all supplies. Responsible for managing
the building service contracts which include, housekeeping,
garbage and grounds removal etc. Coordinates, prioritizes and
processes departmental work orders. Ensures work is completed
in a timely manner. The role will require partnering with the
security group to maintain standards of safety and fire prevention.
Develops and implements policy and procedures whenever necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of building
maintenance experience with general knowledge of building codes,
plumbing, HVAC, fire and electrical system. Bilingual English/Spanish
a plus. Basic Computer Knowledge  |
| Information Clerk Technician – Adult Medicine |
Under the direction of the Head
Nurse, the Information Clerk Technician must be able to perform
clerical duties, make appointments, and perform registration
functions in assigned areas.
English/Spanish preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent
required and Proficient in the use of computers.

| Part Time Dental Assistant – Dental |
Under the direction of the Dentist,
the Dental Assistant must be able to perform all job duties
and responsibilities listed below including assisting the Dentist
with Dental procedures and cleanings for the diagnostic treatment
and prevention of dental disease.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Proof of Certified Dental
Assistant from an accredited national certification agency with
ID card and certification number. Proof of licensure by the
State of New Jersey to perform Dental Radiography procedures.
First Aide/CPR certification. Two (2) to Three (3) years of
experience in related field. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
